- I live in the rolling hills of rural Lancaster, PA near the Susquehanna River. I own a yarn shop(!) in the very sweet village of Intercourse, PA. I have three daughters, a dog, 3 cats, and more yarn than you could ever imagine. I married my college sweetheart in 1989; was a stay at home mama for 12 years, lived in Washington state and Vermont and have been knitting, spinning, weaving & sewing since 1983. I have a BA from Evergreen State College in Cultural Anthropology & Textiles.

Hi Wendy! Just thought I'd stop by your blog to thank you for leaving a comment about my Diminishing Rib cardi pattern -- so sweet of you. And the Tahki Savoy really is luscious, isn't it? What color are you knitting up for your shop sample? I hope you'll post some photos once you're done, and here's also hoping all the increases go smoothly from here on out!
